Try not to mess with her too much because it is often the cues that make it more confusing for a horse to swap leads, just ride her. If she picks up the wrong lead, change directions across the arena so that it becomes the correct lead and gets her accustomed to the feeling (it should feel better to her) of being on the correct lead in each direction, then she will be more likely to pick up the correct one next time.
You don't want the canter/lope to become a repeatedly unpleasant experience as that will not help any with leads and transitions if she is expecting a conflict. Oh and I should add keep her light in front, she needs her shoulders/withers elevated to efficiently swap leads. I'm sure other have mentioned being able to move her hindquarters easily but the front end is equally important.
