Broken Horn in Baldwin Park (LA Area) the largest tack store west of the Mississippi 40,000 sq ft a must visit....
Riding on the beach - Pismo beach not sure if they still have riding, but I would say they do. I used to ride there every summer. That is right up the way from Solvang. Griffith Park (LA Area) also has horse rentals - near the LA Zoo.
