Mine get it but not yellowy - that would make me concerned if it didn't resolve itself quickly. But mine do get goopy eyes during the summer.
Make sure your fly masks (if you use them and if you don't I'd start) are clean with no debris - dirt build up, etc.
Use the roll on fly deterrent around their eyes - too keep the flies from making it worse.
I use a warm wet washcloth to clean them (Use one end of the cloth for one eye and the other for the second eye - just in case or use two different ones).
Terramiacin can help clear it up too.
