I will file a police report. Thanks for confirming for me that's the way to go. Wish I would have thought on my feet a little bit more after it happened and at least ridden after him and have a good talk and intimidating him with a 1000 lb presence (even if my sweet horse is so nice never to kick and bite, the rascal kid wouldn't have known). At least I had some good laughs as my more reactive trail riding buddy entertained me with spicy, colorful language of what we really should have done with that kid. I'll spare you...
