I tried one. Rather like sitting on thin cardboard with cheap plastic on either side of the thin cardboard. I wouldn't give one away. I've never tried the flex tree, don't have any experience with them. Only with the treeless. You might try a Bob Marshall treeless western, if you want treeless. Treeless saddles tend to be for smaller riders and it can be very hard to find one in a 17" seat, much less 18". I tried to buy a 17" for a while for our program, and never did find a used one for sale. I was told they are not made very often, because treeless saddles are more recommended for lighter riders.
