I would try to jot down all the details you can recall: time, exactly where, description of the kid, his clothes, etc. I would have it all down so you don't forget anything. We had to file an incidence report recently. We called it in to the sheriff's office. They sent an officer out to take our report. He would not take what we had written, but it helped us make sure we covered everything. BTW, I asked the officer about recording conversations (to which you are a party) as our problem involved an abusive relative threatening my husband. The sheriff would not give us any opinion on that, but he did tell us that he was recording OUR conversation and showed us the hidden recorder. So, just have as much prepared as you can prior to them taking the report. You can then request a copy of the report after it is typed up. Good luck. Don't let this go. Someone could have gotten hurt horribly. I hope this punk gets caught. kathy
