I have never produced a horse show, though I have produced small theatrical events. Any advice or thoughts are welcome. Our program is in Hayward, and a Livermore or Pleasanton or Castro Valley location would be ideal. We are hoping for a facility with an enthusiastic group of people who want to help disabled riders, and would enjoy being at the gate, being the crew for jumps etc., announcing, even judging. Any thoughts are very much welcome. Thank you.
