Great facility - easy access and plenty of parking. There are also monthly gymkhana's held, so putting flyers up would help get the word out.
And - I believe the city will give a discount on the rental if it's for a non-profit. At least they were a couple of years ago when we were looking into doing something like that....
When you get a date and have it set up please post - I'd be willing to help.
