The SR's made by Steven Ray Gonzales are custom built and fitted to your horse, similar to how some of the semi Custom dressage saddles are (ie Schleese, Custome Saddlery, etc) He has you make a plaster cast of your horses back so your 'horse' is in the shop with him. www.endurance.net/srsaddle/
Another possiblity is a Sharon Saare saddle. They come in 8-9 different tree sizes. If you have your horse fit correctly, and you get the right tree, they fit nicely.
Specialized saddles are interesting. They have plastic trees though, and I have seen several recently with twisted trees. Once a tree twists, it needs to be tossed/replaced.
