that way you at least were able to make an informed decision. As you say there are many people out there with no idea what they own and they have not made informed decisions. I don't know if your siter-in-law rides her horse (I'm assuming she does) but she has been able to make an informed choice and to minimize her risk. That is what I was getting at in my previous posts. I could not advocate for riding these horses but everyone has to make up their own mind with the risk they are comfortable with, like mt friend with the epileptic horse. The bottom line is people should know what they are dealing with. A lot of people still to this day have no clue what HYPP is and would not even know to test for it.
