I'm the "Learning & Development Coordinator" for one of the local semiconductor capital equipment companies [we make the machines that make silicon chips].
What does that mean?
I manage all of the logistics pertaining to employee trainings, focused on those which provide "soft skill" trainings (skills you need, regardless of your job). From identifying which courses our employees need, through setting them up and reporting on outcomes. I also work on some of the company's organizational development aspects.
