I called my husband and read this to him, then printed it for the fridge.
WE both struggle with overwhelm, making us less than perfect leaders.
I am home all the time with homeschooling kids, household, small business and animals.
He has a lot of employees and is a very intense, fierce competitor his sport. And a dad of five.
All four of the keys points need tuning up around here. Thanks for sharing this.
I have found that everything relates to horses, somehow, lately.
