Then they said he had an undisclosed preexisting condition.
This was an expensive horse, in the range of 20k.
The whole thing was a nightmare for them.
The insurance company insisted on necropsy.
I have to admit all of who were there wanted to know what had happened. None of us had ever seen anything like it, and there were some old horsemen there, and a couple of ancient ones too.
They got a lawyer and concentrated on their daughter, her injuries were terrible.
That day was about the worst thing I ever saw in my life, and I'm a war veteran.
