Rapp Ranch....They bought the place back in the mid 90's-and the rumor started then. I have heard thru many people over the years that it was the plan to turn it in to a winery. Part of the problem was lack of horse knowledge and marketing skills. And I think it is now unfortunately true since they have not been able to bring in boarders.
