on your original post, it appears as if the only thing you tried was months of NSAIDS.
Have you tried any alternative therapies, such as acupuncture, massage therapy, homeopathy, etc?
Having many different eyes with different kinds of training can often root out an issue that one set of eyes can miss. It seems as if you've never even been given an accurate diagnosis.
It also seems as if you are hopeful she can still be saved, but there are obstacles to continuing treating her. I can understand feeling that way when you don't really know what the problem is, but sometimes we do have to accept that the obstacles are too big.
