I could see donating g for rare conditions (there are lots of them) but lameness is not one of them.

There are lots of vets that can not get to the bottom of lameness in limbs and often it is also attached to test which are too expensive or not feasible for owners. such as MRI and nuclear scans, etc. Sorry not a fan of donating a horse for the reason you describe, I would consider putting her down first is you have really exhausted all resources on discovering why she is lame and in pain.
