The barn manager where I board gave a 30 day notice to a boarder and the barn manager had good cause to kick her out. The thirty days was up on Sunday and the boarder refuses to leave. Does anybody know what the legal options are for removing her? I've heard stories of horses being tied to fences in front of the barn and tack piled on the curb but this is not the way the manager wants do this. The barn is in Alameda County but is within the East Bay Regional Park district. The facility is owned by the Park but run by a concessionaire. The Park says it's up to her to deal with it.
