I never had that happen, if there was a problem it usually resolved by the boarder leaving without paying or something like that.
I know if you evict people you can have the sheriff put them out physically but have no idea if that can be done with horses.
Is there any way to lock her out? At the very least the manager should be right there whenever she arrives at the barn and insist she leave the farm and not accept any money from her as they would nullify the notice to leave.
What a mess, why would someone want to stay where they weren't wanted.
