Rubbermaid storage tub
I bought some Rubbermaid Actionpaker totes from OSH and if you bungee cord them, they are waterproof. You can store about 4-5 flakes in them. I use one at my tack shed to store hay to feed my horse on a daily basis and to take flakes with me in the trailer. You could store 3-4 of them outside your stall and that should fit a full bale. I've used them for years and they are virtually indestructable, and the top has clamps on either side to seal the top.
