It was a nice day weather-wise. The routes took us around town and gave us glimpses of beautiful horse properties.
We had a couple of timing setbacks so it took us 2.5-3 hrs and I think we missed one stop. We really didn't feel the crowd while riding, but felt it at the stops as riders bunched up waiting for maps to get stamped, goodies, etc. We never made it to the Horse Fair.
If I go next time, I think I would avoid the busier streets cuz they're main streets through town and pretty busy. There are several wood bridge crossings and my mare did fine, except on the one that had a big pipe running along side it and she must've thought it was a Loch Ness monster!
