EBRPD facility you are still an independent business as a concessionaire. Therefore, you have the Alameda Court System to deal with in order to evict a boarder. The process is the same as a renter situation. The business is your business you only pay fees for usage, therefore take her to court. Mind you it better be a reasonable eviction in the eyes of a judge.
