Good things to keep in mind. The barn manager is very diplomatic and fair and is unlikely to say or do anything that would get her in trouble. She has never kicked anybody out before and this boarder has really crossed the line and left her no choice. She may open herself to liability if she doesn't kick her out. Is it really true that the eviction is the same as with a renter? I am a landlord and know there are specific state laws concerning tenant rights that I have trouble believing would apply to a boarder.
