I use Fort Dodge and vaccinate annually. The vaccines are good for a year once you get beyond the annual booster. Most vaccines (including flu, rhino etc) are good for a year and only needed annually unless in endemic areas and not twice a year. But it keeps the vets in business.
Here is the WNV info for Fort Dodge off the label of the vaccine.
DOSE: Inject one 1 mL dose intramuscularly using aseptic technique. Administer a second 1 mL dose 3 to 6 weeks after the first dose. Revaccinate annually with one 1 mL dose. Early revaccination may be advisable when horses are faced with an outbreak or with other conditions which might make heavy exposure likely.
