Not taken as snarky but we do have laws against selling for meat....where is the enforcement? People over breeding is not against the law..just ignorant. People sending horses to auctions is not against the law...again ignorant or uncaring but legal. People weighing horses and putting them on trailers to head for the boarder...unless we go back to vigilantes we have no other option except rely on the law.
