How Do You Dose Pergolide When a Horse Refuses Grain? Please Share Your Successful Strategies!

Help! Echo is being a gourmet snob and not eating his grain snack with the Pergolide (apple flavored pill) in it. Please advise what works! Will I really have to arrange horse treats in a bon bon box to make sure this horse takes his medicine?
