I had a client that I fed for and they hollowed out a piece of carrot, dropped the meds in and used part of the carrot to cap it. It was pretty easy for me, not sure how easy it was to hollow out the carrot though.
Maybe a little piece of celery, pill in peanut butter inside would do the trick? Lower sugar than the carrot I think, and less work.
