It's only perpetuating the HYPP problem that could be COMPLETELY elimated by not breeding the N/H horses... and not registering the foals that are already on the ground. I grew up in Texas in the halter horse capitol of the world and used to be a lot more tolerant of it.. over the years, I have seen too much heartache. It needs to be eradicated!
