I totally agree with you as I have one that I bred that is the same as you descibe, that is the one I had Richard Newton EBW work on and he corrected exactly what you said. But the grey mare I rode just had the most crocked foot at the ankle and downward and was super long in the back. She was in no pain. We bought her as a three year old (or should I say she was bought out of an auction because she was out of my boss's boss race stallion) As my boss would say "god never told her, her foot was crocked". She was great easy to handle good attitude just god awful rough to ride. The faster she played the smoother she was, but I had to do the slow work and it was no fun.
