They were really kind & very patient w/ this little mare....apparently she'd had a bad loading experience before with a trainer so we were expecting the worst, but had no problems at all. They arrived at 9:30 at night so figured they'd be in a hurry to leave, but wanted to take their time loading so that Brandi would be comfortable as possible before they left.
She arrived in my friends hands safe and very happy. She paid for shipping, so I don't know how much, but I would use them if needed again.
