That's my two cents. When backing a trailer "turn towards trouble" when looking back and the trailer is going too far to the right and you want it to go left turn your steering wheel to the right to correct ie steer the wheel of the truck in the oposite direction of where you want the trailer to go.
Also, I always hook up, load, drive to the end of the driveway, get out of the truck and do a full walk around to make sure horses and trailer are properly secured.
