The officer that caught the pony and loaded him in the trailer is a member of Back Country Horsemen. I will see if they know anything about the pony and the outcome and his condition., I know BCH are all aware that the pony was rescued so I doubt that anyone will let it get put to sleep. But I will do some inquiries.
