Custom saddles can cost thousands, and keep in mind that most likely, the tree itself, is not custom. Most saddlers buy their trees from the same manufacturers. At least, this is how it was when I last looked into this. Now having said that, a custom saddler may be able to modify the tree for a particular horse. It all depends on how the tree is manufactured. Some trees can not be modified. These are questions I would ask if I was going to have a custom saddle made.
