"if you stay on the roads and lead your horses"?
Well, when you are riding in a park, it is bad manners to go off the trail..... good trail riders do not blaze their own way, they stay on the trails (and no, we did not just ride the road, we rode the trails)
And when you take a horse up that climb, it is nice to give them a break sometime and lead them... plus, us old ladies need a break too
geez.....
Did we ride straight up and down the hills at a wide gallop? No.... that would be unsafe....
but we did ride the trails, up to the top of the mountain.... and never lost anyone...
Not sure who the Zorro person is, but I have a guess. A guy from a local ranch rode around in black. He rode by himself a lot on a pretty nice flashy Andalusion type horse. Not sure what his outfit has to do with his riding abiilty... Or the fact he got dumped.... if you've never been dumped, you haven't ridden enough
