Let's go! 
The ranch is awesome - they have over 18 square miles and trails all over. They do cattle drives that you can participate in, they have horses you can ride, and you can bring your own.
They let you camp out there, or bring your RV or of course, rent the cabin like we did. It was lovely!
And the paddocks are FANTASTIC for the horses. Plus they have a huge sand roping arena that we were able to school in (and practiced dressage)
Beats the box stalls at Twin 
But actually, Twin does offer paddocks (limited quantity) AND they also rent out some small houses too.
