but you are paying the barn manager -- NOT other boarders -- to turn your horse out. I'd be concerned about liability if your horse either gets hurt or hurts whomever is turning it out. If the manager is asking others to do his/her job, the owners ought to be made aware because it also puts them in a liability risk situation. Additionally, it appears the manager is getting paid for not doing her job.
No, I am not smarter than a 5th grader, but occasionally I am smarter than a 1st grader.
