I get their cleaner and lederbalsam at Western Saddlery. It's also available at most online tack stores. The cleaner is great in the winter since it's alcohol based and dries quickly. In the summer, I use a liquid glycerin soap that I also get at Western Saddlery. I can't remember the name right now but it's made by somebody in the East Bay. The Effax conditioner is superb. It will make your hands soft and lovely smelling too. In the summer, it is more liquidy (if that's a word) but will soak into the leather overnight. I love the stuff. Another good conditioner for western tack is Skidmore's Leather Cream. You'll have to google it to find a dealer. Neither Skidmore's or Effax will darken leather.
