I have a friend who's horse has the same issue. She has found the Air Flex cinch to work since it is the most breathable. However I was the unfortunate person to be riding her warmblood the first time this cinch was tried out. The noise this cinch makes when the horse sweats up I still find rather hideous. After the first ride where the horse believed the cinch noise to be completely terrifying he is use to it. Those horses less likely to spook to the noise I would imagine.
