My headstall, collar, and leathers are Zilco and have all been in service for over a decade. No rubs, zero maintenance.
I see that Zilco make girths and girth covers (link).
Maybe someone here has practical experience with Zilco girths and will comment.
Longriders is one dealer, they are "local" (California) though I don't see girths in their on-line catalog:
