Actually, I thought the county jail was a bit south, although I've never been there!
I can tell you the Cavalia tent is just off Orchard which is 2 stoplights East off the 101 Trimble exit. All the buildings I drive by on Orchard are Tech office buildings (although there are some empty lots, probably originally destined to be Tech office buildings!)
