an area with a drain, for washing, and grooming in the barn, that would be ideal. I know people who cross tie in the middle isle and never have an issue(and others that have), and yet another group that have a tie area, for washing and grooming outside. It basically just needs to be safe, and easily cleaned. Now that will be the other issue, getting boarders to clean up after themselves. It turned out lovely Cherry! Lucky you, you already had a sweet little facility!
