Actually Garrods had been leasing and then sub-leasing. The property has always been owned by a couple who now lives out of state. Laura Thompson up and left about 3 or 4 weeks ago with outstanding bills and left all her clients on the lurch.
A friend went over and talked to the new people- its a couple and I have heard they are very nice people.
I board at Garrods, worked for them for many years and am neutral to the situation- I am just conveying confirmed information.
