Actually, The person who originally started Saratoga Stables was Tamara Guercio. She and some friends were the ones who erected the pole barn after the mud slide. She leased the property from Alex for a couple of years before the county came in and kicked her out of the managers unit where she was living. She was forced to let the lease go due to financial reasons in relation to being evicted. She then called Jan Garrod and he sub leased it from alex. I would love to see Tamara take the barn back over and run it again the way it was… I’m just sayen!
