Swollen cannon - no heat - not lame...

have a call into the vet and waiting on a call back. Melia's cannon (front left) has been swelling up and going down.. no heat, no lameness.
I did a google search today and ready something that standing around or too much grain could cause it.
She's out in pasture (probably standing around all day) and doesn't get "too much grain".

Any thoughts?
