Not mine, but there was a big warmblood I used to know that was Level 4 dressage with only one eye. Had a prosthetic with a little lens for competing.
I rode a stud horse with one eye for a friend of mine a couple times. He got fired from the cutting pen for getting cranky when the cow turned to his blind side, so I was trying to retrain him for trail class. He did everything OK except he could never settle during the gate obstacle. My old mare was retired when she went blind in one eye, and she had also gone deaf by then, so she would get pretty scared when the horses in her pasture began running around without her knowing why. I think most horses get along just fine with only one eye.
