Service to Remove Pasture Weed

Our horse pasture is being overtaken by prickly nasty weeds. We don't want to use pesticides. Does anyone know of a service that might take on this kind of weed removal? Probably about 3 acres of digging up and carting off these weeds. This is beyond "lawn service" type work. We are in the South Bay, Milpitas area. Thanks for any ideas.
