This is how I did it:

I also use ag bins and I bought a big enough net on eBay, looped a tie down strap around the edges, put it over the feeder and tied it to the feeder with hay twine on two sides, on the other two sides I used hooks to be able to open and refill it more easily.
The net is big enough to drop down all the way to the bottom and the horses seem fine with it.
My only problem is, when it gets too low, they push the feeder around. My mares have hairless spots on their noses from it and it sometimes ends up in the fence.
