I always feel bad when I see so many BO's on here, especially of really small, low profit boarding situations, stuck for months supporting horses and unable to recoup their losses.
Not to mention the toll it takes on the soul to be responsible for feed and care of an innocent thousand pound eating machine.
You just don't see these kinds of abuses on the east coast. Laws support tenants (horse and human) where it's needed, but don't allow the kind of long term abuse CA seems to celebrate.
