What you need is a trainer, a guru if you will, who can steer you in a workable direction. Very easy to get overwhelmed, especially asking for everybody's opinions and favorites. I'd recommend Gail Ivey, even if you need to use someone different for actual backing, that's years away. Not too many people on this board have as much respect, I've known her since the mid 80's and the depth of her knowledge and "feel" is downright scary.
