but I have great success with EGM pellets. In your case, I would suggest the Senior as they have taken almost all, if not all, molasses out of it, and added beet pulp back into it. Also, it breaks down easily when water is added, so if teeth/age are an issue, that is also a plus. I have a 26 yo retired TB here and he's just as fat and happy as can be. (But you don't say what breed the horse is.)
