I think B bar C ponies is a pretty reputable dealer, there is one of the other type that regularly advertises on BAEN. Sometimes not all of their horses/ponies will be falsely advertised so to speak but you should always go into a potential purchase with a friend or trainer along who can offer an educated second opinion
